[APH] Nagorno-Karabakh

well, finally got to him! probably the one I had the hardest time designing-.

Nagorno-Karabakh! Now before you ask, no he is not a Azerbaijan/Armenia Love Child if you think this, I wanted to keep some bit of his appearance that was Azerbaijan but also have him start to have the more 'Armenian' appearance like him with a big nose and the top hair part you see. I'm still deciding the name and all that so his bio is a WIP-.

Edited: Okay, got a bio together and do keep in mind it's very much a WIP still.

Personality:  But under much rule for a long time by countries such as Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. Nagorno-Karabakh can come off as a bit of worrisome and timid boy that does have his braver side and being influence a lot by Armenia he is most of the time can show his more confidence and can be quite easy to talk to. He can be seen a small bit prideful and a little bit arrogant but he’s still a quite kinder soul and not so loud. He can be quite quiet and friendly thought when to people such as Azerbaijan he will have a sharp tongue and really rude aura around him. His mood can change based on the person or situation. He also seems to be the one that tries to stop fights between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Relations:

Armenia – A bit role model and much like a big sister or teacher to him. Nagorno-Karabakh often liked to be around Armenia a lot and enjoys her company. She actually taught the boy to be braver and the 2 show a very mischief side when messing with Turkey or Azerbaijan when they are both bored but he really looks up to Armenia a lot and hopes to make her proud.

Azerbaijan – A nation he can’t really see himself relating too and often avoiding most of the time or having a hard time talking to. Nargorno-Karabakh feels that Azerbaijan can get a bit too emotional about him and often wants personal space from him. He wants to show this nation that he isn’t weak and wants to be a nation.

Abkhazia – Much like a buddy and friend of his, Nagorno-Karabakh is seen with him along with the South Ossetia and Transnistria. The 2 seem to feel a small bond and can relate to nations breathing down there shoulders (Georgia and Azerbaijan) so they can be seen making pot shots at them when with each other.

South Ossetia – He talks with this region every once in a while and can be quite a good friend of there’s, He seems to like the company of South Ossetia and will often spend time telling stories or having some debate. The 2 are quite close and good friends.

Transnistria – A friend of him that can appear cold at first but Nagorno-Karabakh tends to see throught it pretty easily. He finds his friend a bit of a emotional fellow and can’t help but make a couple of jokes with the nation of course but knows there relations with certain Nations have cause them to bond further, they seem quite the good friends.

Russia – A nation that like Armenia, feels quite wary and not trusting despite his influence on him. He tries to not think much of him or ignore him entirely he doesn’t seem to talk much about him either.

Uruguay - In November 2012, a member of Uruguay's foreign relations committee stated that his country could recognize Nagorno-Karabakh's independence.

America – A nation as of recent has started to recognize him along with Rhode Island House of Representatives, Massachusetts, Maine and Louisiana. Thought he can’t help but feel some bit of annoyance with him but is quite grateful that this nation has started to recognize his independence but does tend to get wary of him.

Australia - In 2012 the Parliament of New South Wales, an Australian state, called upon the Australian government to recognise Nagorno-Karabakh.
